Hit 12x225 this week…I guess that’s exactly a 315 projected max. I really need to do a max test soon.

Hoping to hit 315 on Bench by July 2012 and to have more distance between my squat and bench press. I’m about 1/4 of the way through the Juggernaut Method and already seeing some pretty good gains.
I got up 250 today as planned. (Actually, it was supposed to be last week, but life got in the way.) Next month’s goal is 260.
this is my new goal i put up 305 the other day
hmm i was considering joining this thread a while back but decided i was too puny and 315 wasn’t anywhere on the horizon. due to some consistant lifting lately i’ve decided to join up.

I’m joining this in hopes I’m there within a year and half. Been benching for about 8 months. Current 1RM is 180 at 6’5" 205. Need to up my bodyweight considerably. Wish me luck!

I should be hitting a 240 single tomorrow which is the end of my current cycle. I’m going to get up to 275 by the end of the year and 315 by Spring 2012.

training: regularly - three years, seriously - one year, correctly - 4-5 months of 5/3/1 and ~4 months of a basic bb split.
current best: 215x10. recent injuries are healed so I’m hoping to hit 255x10 by February, which may be good for a single close to 300 by then.

Previous best of 275 around a year and a half ago but probably around 245 atm. Running 5/3/1 and hit 185x11 (Estimated 250-ish) a couple days ago.

Will video when i cut through it like butter with no lift off, being the perfectionists that i am.
