surprised I thought on paper this would be closer show between mike k and joj. Funny when you watch the video superior genetics blew mike k out of the water. No idea how he can really improve, which is a shame since he always come in with superior conditioning.

VR He is a successful power lifter as well. It is nice to see someone good at both sports.
As impressive as his physique is, I think it’s damn cool to finally see him coming into his own as a bodybuilder. People always criticized his build as uneven due to powerlifting, but he’s clearly put in the work in addressing his issues, and it’s paying off.
