No, it wasn’t that I was “confused by the nomenclature,” which was simple enough, but rather that at that moment I had total brain fade: just completely wrong and not even close. That sort of thing happens but normally it is caught, usually by me, but in this case by you – thanks!
It happens to all of us. BTW, it seems there are quite a bit of court cases of BDO going around where the charge is for actual GHB possesion with a conviction. Even though this is a technicality I don’t understand how this can be allowed to happen. I know of someone who was arrested previously with GHB possession when in fact he had GBL. It was still legal to possess at the time but when it came to court, the test results showed it was all GHB. Obviously the results were tainted by someone that had some NaOH and H2O on hand. Just goes to show how the justice system will screw you to prove they are not wrong.
