I think Joe’s been the most consistent trainer on the Forum so far. Never misses a day and his poundages go unrelentingly upwards.

We noticed.

Joe has done so good. I have seen him for the past 2 years through being unsure as to what to do next, through his cut, and to where he is now. He works hard and is always trying to get better.

As for him being bossy… well I don’t mind it so much. Because of him I have done pretty well :slight_smile:

Well to be fair I think a good bit of that is because I am so damn weak. A lot of you guys are throwing up serious numbers and its hard to keep beating those.

I just try to do more reps or more weight each time, just more of something.

Thanks man. I’ve got to be honest though, that last leg day felt like it was going to tear me up. I’m just trying to keep my head down and keep going.

Well nature has to compensate you for going bald early and having a big nose. So I got being persuasive… I got robbed.

You’re right, she’s done great and its all because of her effort.

Had to do yesterdays l;ift today. Tomorrow will suck because I now have to DL and Squat back to back.

Swiched incline DB press to HS Bench to try and hit my chest more and my tris less.

Tusday- Upper Body

HS Bench Press 200 7,3,2 rp
HS Shoulder Press 80/side 10,7,6 rp
C.G. Bench 185 9,5,4 rp
Pulldown 160 10,7,5 rp
Deads 265x5, 175x11
HS Ab Cr 140 3x8

Rep or weight PR’s on everything today. Dl form was horrible. I’m going to work on increasing reps while fixing form. I’m stiff leggingit up badly.

Wednesday_Biceps and Upper Body

CG Ez Bar Curl 102 7,6,3 rp
Reverse Grip BB Curl 90 11,9,7 rp
Leg Press-calves 500 16 reps ss
Leg Curls 125 10,7,4 rp
Back Squats 225x5, 135x21
HS Ab Cr 140 3x8

Could have bit a bit deeper on the squats but I’m not gonna complain. After a shit ton of injuries, some bad luck and worse training ideas my squat is FINALLY moving. Going to push the reps next session and then toy with the idea of going to 235.

I’m kind of stoked about this.

Feel for you on the squats. Trying to make my comeback on them. 21 reps is some high count. I think you’ll be moving up soon.

HS Iso Row 145/side 13,8,7 rp
Dips BW+80 7,4,2 rp
Rack Pulls 405x6, 315x12
HS Ab Cr 140 3x8

Thats weight PR’s on the DB Bench and Dips and Rep PR’s on every thing else. I forgot I was going to do Rack Pulls today so I wore shorts instead of sweats. So as I got to my working set the kurls on the bar were tearing the hell out of my thighs so I had blood running down them as I did my working set and my high rep set. Freaked teh hell out of a kid next to me. Good times.
