I had to move up on my barbell curls even though I wasn’t quite ready because of equipment issues. Hopefully reps will increase fast.

I need to improve my hip flexibility to get lower on my back squats. I’m also chicken winging on my squats.

I also have a horrible tendency to stiffleg my deadlifts as I got up in weight.

so much stuff to fix.

Wow, JG, we’re the same height and age down to the month. I have 30+ pounds on you (a lot more fat, obviously), but looking at the comps, you’re doing great!

Thanks sfp, I’m trying to put some size on while not getting overly fat.

I have hit the weight limit on the tricep ext. stack and I’ll soon have the HS Decline Press loaded with as much weight as it will hold. Will have to switch to the HS Bench Press then and work up on it.

More worrying is that I will soon be using the biggest DB’s in the gym for my flat DB press and then I’ll have to replace it in my rotation.

Yeha mine only go up to 100 as well and I’m jumping to 95 the next time I do flat DB press. So I will not be for from having to switch.

I could just start to bench press but that really sucks doing rest pause without a spotter.

Thought I was going to puke after the last leg press set. Was distracted from getting sick by pretty girls.

Nice work on the leg presses. It’s one of the few things that make me want to hurl.
