Right now I’m weighing in the 196-198 range. I’m slowly putting on size but sadly its almost all going to my upperbody. My back and shoulders are exploding, my chest and arms are growing a bit, and my legs stay the same size. They get harder and harder but don’t really grow.

Ass is good. It must be nice to be eating to get big. I’m always on a balancing act of staying right around the same weight. My ass is getting bigger too though. Oddly enough, I’ve gotten thick through the middle and a bit of a pot belly that isn’t soft and smooshy. It’s a round hard gut. You got one of those?

Uhhhhh…yep (rubs belly approvingly) I’m like you, Ouro. I am trying to stay right around 220. Too much higher and I’m sluggish. Too much lower and I’m weak. I’ve been both so I know they both suck.

I don’t have that, What I have I think is normal for guys who were skinny, got fat and then got back to skinny. When I get up in the morning I’m just a little soft in the gut at the end of the day though I’ve got a small amount of gut. I think its jsut from the food and being overhydrated.
Right now I’m telling my self that as long as my chest measurement is 10-12 inches more than my waist its all good. My “plan” and I use the term loosely is to add 2-3lbs a month for the next 10 months or so, hold steady at that weight for a while and then get kind of lean before repeatting the whole damn thing.
I’m not going to lie though, if I think I’m adding bad weight I’ll change everything in a heartbeat because despite the fact I am as ugly as a busted blister I am pretty damn vain.
I’m also having a really hard time picturing you have a gut of any sort.

I agree with the others, you’ll see 315 this year. My guess is early fall or sooner.
