Good luck with your weight loss quest. I’m like you, I have to be very careful about “bulking”. The bulk goes straight to my spare tire(s).

Dinner a month ago. THe wife and I took Ronda to a braves game and we ate at the Vortex. You are looking at a two beef patty, two fried eggs, 6 pieces of cheese and eight strips of bacon. The “bun” is two grilled cheese sandwhiches.

Here is me trying to eat the above sandwich.

That was a fun day… we need to go back there :slight_smile:

Did you finish that beast of a sandwich?? Its tough to bulk up and not gain some fat. I just buy bigger clothes.

Yeah guys I ate the whole thing, the tater tots that came with it and an order of fried cheese with horseradish sauce.

Wednesday- Upper body

Bb Bench Press 225 6,3,3 rp
BB Shrugs 385 12,10,8 rp
DB Floor Press 65 14,10,8
HS Lat Pulldowns 125/side 7,5,3
T-bar rows 215x6, 175x14
HS Ab Cr 145 3x8

Mis-timed rest periods and felt like crap. Did not beat the log book on bench AND HS Lat pulldowns. Its time to replace the lat pull downs with Pendlay Rows anyway. Rep pr’s on shrugs, floor presses(+6 reps). and weight pr on t-bars.

You know SD your right about that though. Not that one meal ddi it but I did let it get out of control at the end. I think though now I’ve got things figured out and when I’m finished with this cut I’m going to put on some more size, though a bit more slowly.

BB Preacher Curls 90 12,7,5 rp
Pinwheel Curls 60 11,6,6 rp
Standing Calf Raises 315 17 reps
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 195 8 reps
Leg Press 680x7, 360x24
HS AB Cr 145 3x8

Thats reps Pr’s all around and a weight PR on the Stiff LEgs. You guys are going to think I’m nuts but I think my creatine is cause me to cramp.

Nope - does it to me every time. I don’t take it for that reason. When I do, it’s squat, stamp out the foot cramp. Squat. Stamp out the foot cramp…
