In watching your vid again I think I need to arch my back more. I think I also need to be more level after lifting off. When you lift off you just come straight out and then go down but normally when I lift off my arms are higher and fully extended which I think takes too much out of you. I’m gonna try benching more like you. Thanks for posting the vid; very helpful.
Yeah, I try to come just barely off the hooks. This keeps my shoulders and back tight. If I don’t get a handoff on that particular bench, the hooks are too high and it take my shoulders out of position.
