I felt awful until the 2nd rep on the work set. All of my warmups felt terrible and the first pull on 425 was slow.

Not a lot of exercises today, but the work was good. Felt good to perform when I wasn’t feeling up to it.

Damn I hate when that happens with deads and lately it’s been happening quite often. But at least you bounced back and banged out 4. Manning is tough of course but this is the year to get to him. I think, even though it’s Manning and a road game, this is a winnable game for the Jets and finishing 11-5 you gotta get out of the first round in my opinion.

Pretty good. I felt myself letting my butt come up before my chest on the 345 set, so I made a focal point out of driving my back through the bar on 380. I felt like I might have been able to get one more. Next cycle I am going to push beyond prescribed reps.

OHP was pretty good. Rep 2 was great. DL sucked. Rep 1 was incredibly slow. Rep 2 was faster, but my butt flew up and I basically did a good morning.

Wow man attempting a 405 squat is friggin awesome! You gotta test it out to find out and even though you couldn’t hit a second rep hitting one is super impressive. I don’t think many people under 200lbs can say they squat 4 plates. Pull ups with a 45lb plate hanging is also real tough. Farmer carries are good. I was doing them every week until my calluses started giving me a lot of trouble. I hope to get back to doing them soon. I think the last time I did them I managed to get 115s for a pretty far walk. Thanks. I’m trying to keep DL and squat above the prescribed reps on 1-day. I also switched from Anaconda to Surge workout fuel. I’m not really happy with it, but that’s not keeping me down.

Throughout I did sets of 10 on pulling movements in between the sets of pressing. Lat pulldown and chest supported cable stations were the primary elements.

That’s it. Very un-awesome, but it’s deload, so I guess that’s how it’s supposed to be.
