I’m running 531 BBB/FSL (5s Progression) doing the training and everything to the “T”, I bought a prowler and I put on 90 lbs and push it 10x40 yards twice a week, sometimes I do it a third day.
My question do you guys really watch the scale when you’re doing this type of training? If so how much weight are looking for the scale to go up a week or month?
