Jay Schroeder Program

After listening to Jay’s interview and reading his blog, I was under the impression that iso-extremes made a HUGE part of his methodology. I hear different people saying different things regarding iso-extremes. Some people who’ve trained with Jay say they’ve never used iso-extremes. Some people who’ve trained with Jay say they’ve only used iso-extremes, AT FIRST. Lastly, some people who’ve trained with jay say they’ve used iso-extremes in combination with other things. In his interview, however, Jay says that iso-extremes are all you need.

I’m confused. Can anyone shed light on this issue?

Do you mix max strength with rebounds and drops or is it different themes for different workouts?
