Ronnie Coleman goes to your gym?!?!?!? Okay, if you’re outlifting him we will give you a break.

No. The best raw squat is 948, by Marc Henry. Only 8 people have ever broken 900 lbs.
Jason Ferruggia, was my introuctee to the iron game. When i first had the urge to seek strengh i went on the web and did some searches on how to gain muscle, and this guys online book came up. I bought it and it gave the foundation knowledge i needed, i never tried his plan personnlay but i can tell it will work no shit, looks good and Jason knows what his talking about, go for it.
The book was called ‘Muscle gaining secrets’ if you are intrested, you get couple other programme, muscle gaining books with it too.

Are you not getting bigger at all?? the workout seems solid and should add mass and strengh, if your not gaining nize size, analayse your diet and add more food. In a month or two, you might wanna think about doing low volume rep ranges (when its times to change up the routine), it will add some good mass too.

actually i have seen big bodybuilders who are weak… but anyway, are you just saying continue to get strong and the size will come?

Seriously, the reason you aren’t making progress may be linked to the fact that you are still comparing power lifters to bodybuilders. If you don’t know why that comparison is wrong then you need to educate yourself more.

I agree with everything you said, except for “then you need to educate yourself more”.
We all know that this would only end in him reading 900 articles a month, written by people who are somewhere between 150-190 pounds with a 900 pound total… (except for the taller ones, which would naturally be heavier, but still unimpressive in every trainable aspect)

That’s a good point! It is very difficult for me to think back to the days when I was Inexperienced and easily persuaded ( I have been training 26 years). I can’t recommend anything without seeing someone in person and talking to them. I see the problem that most of the coaches here at T-Nation fall into. You try to be helpful but inevitably you just make things worse.
