OK sessuon but the cool thing is I feel my chest is taking more and more of the load. Before I was a arm presser but now that my triceps got weaker it gave the opportunity to my chest to become dominant. So I am becoming a pec dominant presser.

Looks like you had a great session jasmincar :), and damn at all the volume you crush your back with.
^thanks that wasn’t a bad session :P. Yes I do alot of volume with row (I also do pullups for back in my shoulder press session), and the reason I am stronger at them when comparing with my other lifts is pretty much because I have long arms.

Pretty good day overall. Like how I modified my split into upper/lower/off. Pretty long upper and short lower days but I dont care. My squat is progressing and this is my goal. For a remainder my goal is too get 405x10 on squats, then I will start deadlifting again and do maybe more conventionnal leg days. Lower back is weaker than ever but I dont care. My squats are high-bar and narrow stance and it will stay that way, I would rather put and emphasis on quads than lower back, glutes and hamstrings while getting my squat up. I dont even know if I squat 275 wide.

didnt feel like doing front squats today. I think I am gonna ramp up the volume until I get 100 rep total. why not. I dont even care if it is deemed good or not. So my goal is:33x3. Could have done 20x3 today maybe before they would get ugly.
