Huge pump. I measured my arm just for fun and they were 17’‘. Normally they are 16’'. That doesnt mean anything to me, I am still
weak. But I found that BBclosegrip curl give me a huge pump. They must be good.

To florelius: thanks, I am happy with my pull-up strength which is progressing well. Military press is still stalling though.

I think you are not alone in finding it hard to progress in militarypress, I have a tough time with
that lift myself. just keep working it and something good must come out of it eventually.

^I might try to do more volume with a submaximal weight, instead of trying to chase a fourth rep with a heavy 3 rep weight all the time. I’ll see this next time I do Military press

Yesterday I listened to the coward in me once again and I decided I didnt have enough time to do my day so I did chest yesterday and back today (normally I do this in 1 day) . I dont remember what I did with my chest but here is back ( powerclean):

I was primed by the powercleans for these. It was really good performance. I am gonna think of a way to arrange my split to do powerclean before Barbell row. I dont remember ever feeling so good doing them.
