**Focused on core as well. I made sure not to stick chest out (as I tend to do often). Focused on staying tight and drawing the belly button in.
I really liked this session. The chains were awesome. Working on volume and using percentages is helping increase my lifts and keeping me from injury. I don’t hurt as often and recovery is better. I am still working on back issues and posture. That is just going to take time. Tomorrow I have pilates to work on core and more posture.
Today I am thinking some cardio for the fat loss. I will stop training at the end of three weeks, then I will start cutting water weight and hoping, hoping I make into the 132. I have yet to weigh myself but I feel less bloated and jeans are fitting a bit loose. I tend to gain in the belly first, so I know I have lost weight, but I dont know how much.

It was awesome. I felt very strong and my deadlift form was good. I like to sit in deep with it to really use the legs and not so much my back/arms. I think of my arms as hooks only.
Diet is good.
My mental state not so great. Lifting heavy shit helps that tho. It makes me happy!

I am liking the chains and I need to get the 5/8" I found a supply store that has them.
I may not do the meet this year. It sux because it is the Worlds-AAU. We shall see…I am still cutting and training for it. I will not know for sure till the time comes.

Cardio and loads of water. I cannot stand it anymore. I will not stand on scale…I am so bloated my belly bulges as if a child is occupying my body. Then in the morning, I thin out. I find it funny.
