No offense, but who are you to give training advice? I know strength doesn’t necessarily coincide with knowledge, but you have been training your whole life. And despite your level of strength, you somehow think your method is effective. Now I know you’re going say you don’t train for strength, but still, after training for so long you should at least have some strength (not to say I have much more, but still you have been training about 10x longer than me). Now look, I am not one to be an asshole, but maybe it is you who should be reviewing your methods before you so open handedly criticize others.

I know you might be stronger than me in some lifts, but I know there are others I can wipe the floor with your ass too, so no offense taken bubba. And I have had setbacks through injury and other situations where I had to discontinue training at difft times, not to mention I have never trained strictly for strength, but rather bodybuilding style, hence the lack of superhuman strength like what dwells in your mind.

So ya yay for me, so obviously i cannot touch roids probably for a long ass time, while hoping in the next 2 weeks its not malignant (right spelling?)

So as your thinking of COMING OFF as your not “feeling” the supposed benefits, its severely peeving me off.

3rd, who exactly is your trainer ?? I messaged Justin saying one of his trainers was putting an overweight person on 700g of carbs and he practically sent me a mail back full of CAPS LOCK SENTENCES demanding the persons name.
Clearly they are a hoax.

Notes:
Still not feeling it today. Joints, hips, and glutes are very sore. One common thing I notice is that from the time I inject to about 4-5 days later, my whole body feels like crap. It hasn’t been a one time case either. Every time I inject, I notice this.

Last week Thursday, I injected more as an experiment because I was pissed I hadn’t noticed anything. I was feeling fine up to the next day after i injected. Since then, I have dropped 6 lbs, I am always tired, my body is sore, and I haven’t even made it into the gym because I don’t feel good. I think it is more than just a coincidence.

I promise I will get some videos in once I start feeling better. I swear to god I am not lying about my lifts. I will show you prove. I see it being at least another 2-3 days till I feel normal again. Then, I should be able to resume normal training again.
As for my weight lifting program, I was originally following a program in my gym that a powerlifter created for me. I followed this program for about 5 months, and I had nothing but incredible progress.

My lifts went from
Deadlift 315 to 455 for reps.
squat 250 to 415 for a couple reps
bench 205 to 295

Needless to say, after I followed this program for about 5 months, i got very busy with school and other things and wasn’t making it into the gym. I also was more interested in trying a bodybuilding split because that was my ultimate goal… to pack on size. I followed a bodybuilding split for about 1/2 a year, and made little progress on it. I decided to go back to my original powerlifting split a couple months back because I know it works, and I have seen it do wonders for people who have actually stuck to in in my gym.

In the couple months that I have been following it, I haven’t been following it consistently. With this cycle I am presently on, I have just been playing it by how my body feels. I know once I start feeling better, I will be able to get in the gym more frequently. This is when the results will come. I know this with no doubt in my mind.

I have spoken to jake abt this and he was/is so confident the gear was fake he took 1800mg in one shot and experiennced neither effects nor even side effects at that crazy dose so maybe the gear was fake

I dunno,

but without gear,

800g of carbs a day and the bullshit training he’s been doing would have packed some serious blubber on him. So if he has fake gear, he also has the worlds greatest metabolism, which seems unlikely from his physique.

Iron it has EVERYTHING to do with them. Go back to page 1 and you will find LOADS of good advice, good help, good nutrition, good programs…lot of GOOD there…

You have the same attitude, happen to be on cycle… made a silly mistake injecting THAT much oil into a delt that Jake would make…

And also just so happens your his only “mate” that ISN’T saying he is insane…

As I said before, despite my training and diet, I still should have noticed AT LEAST something from the testosterone especially with the dosage I was taking. I noticed nothing and, in fact as I said before, felt I would have made much better progress if I hadn’t taken it.

After week three, I gradually increased the dosage with each injection. For a couple of weeks, I was injecting well over 1.5g of test-e. This did nothing except make me feel tired and sore. Now that I am off, I feel much better and have resumed normal training again.

About a couple of months before my cycle, I had experimented with taking nolvadex at a small dosage daily for a little over a week. I would say I noticed much more benefit out of that than I did the “alleged” testosterone.

I still find this thread somewhat amusing at times.
