That’s awesome! =D (fixed your link)
lol that’s awesome. he’s had a tough life so I’m glad he’s found a home here in Merica.
Amazing
I’d like to see all the guys who took up running in the past because ‘cardio is key to health and longevity, whereas weightlifting (and strength sports generally) are just degenerative to the human body’. Are these people still able to walk at 80?
And the way he catches it so solid, WOW, just reassuring if ever any weightlifter needed proof that his/hers is a noble and worthwhile art!
I love how he’s hobbling around, moving so slowly, then he gets his hands on the bar and POP. Incredible.
Anybody have the link to that video of Zygmunt Smalcerz snatching at the OTC? Him and uncle really put most of us to shame haha.
that is beyond motivating.
This made me ![]()
wow he is incredibly fast… fuck he’s faster than me LOL
I think I’ve been doing the snatch wrong.
This guy is awesome.
You guys are retarded or you’ve never seen Eleiko or you don’t know how to calculate. These plates are the new 2.5 kg. bumpers from Eleiko. That’s 25 kg total, not 25 kg on each side and a bar or 75 kg. Where did you grow up … in the States !?! ![]()
americans…

Yeah, I realized that after I posted the video, but felt too ashamed to correct myself. I can only hope that it was due to being raised in America, and not some latent retardation.

I’m sorry if I was bit too hard on you. I just hate it when people look, but don’t see. One should be able to recognize effort. It’ll come to you … eventually.
Good for Abadjiev! It’s amazing, no doubt, that at this age he can lift at all.
I thought it was 25 plus the bar’s 20. But instead those are 2.5’s put on the bar?

What, just because they’re red bumper plates with a “2” and a “5” on them, you assume they’re 25’s? That’s just ignant.
Yeah, those are “technique plates” for women and kids. ![]()
Yes a 2 and a 5 with no . between (or atleast I could not see) usually means 25.
