Jack, if you are gonna post a rancid song in here this one is more appropriate
which I know is related to this… btw, my kids know more about Joe Strummer than they know about Jesus. I have decided I am fine with that, lol
love the transplants, have you heard the new one they put out?
pretty much every training session is fueled by transplants these days, right level if anger

What do you think of the new Metallica? I like their new song-don’t know the name and saw a clip of their new movie which looks odd and as hard as usual.

Today
time to start adding some real lifting in. joints are feeling better, my stress level is to the point with my life changes the more time in the gym the better. I still plan to focus on adding some quality size before I really start dieting, so to do that I need to train a variety of rep ranges but also start adding in some of the hard stuff again. tonight was my first time pulling from the floor in about 6 months. actually pretty much my only time doing any pulling
raw conv deadlift 145 x 5, 235/325/415/505/555 x 3. good starting point, still had some in the tank but don’t want to start this shift in cycle pursuing prs and then tearing something, lol, I honestly thing 605 x 3 would have been possible but why? best I think I hit was 655 x 3, for pr triples
lever pulldown 3 warms ups then 5 x 8-10 w/ 380
db rows 4 x 10 w/130s
csr 4 x 10 w 3 plates, put long stretch, held contraction, long negative
db shrugs 3 x 15
ghr 3 x 15
yes, I was back in a pl gym, doing bb crap for the most part lol
