Today was beautiful so I did some prowler sprints outside.

:45 rest intervals. Puke-tastic but it was good to bust the prowler out.
I really want to do less monostructural cardio (example: running) and more prowler/plyos/complex/ hill sprint work. I need to spare as little muscle as possible
