my coach had cable pull throughs in my program. I told him my gym does not have a low cable LMFAO.

I KNOW! Its so embarassing! Glute Bridges are also only happening in my garage. But they are worth the trouble. I also did a little chin up/glute bridge super set when i got home just now.

HA! Yeah, there’s so much in the gym that is just not correct. The glute machine (not even sure what its called) is plain ol’ wrong. And when guys get on it, I don’t even know what to think! It just looks so…I don’t know.

The adjustable cables in my main gym are RIGHT IN THE CENTER of the lions den free weight room. No. No this girl is NOT doing cable pull throughs right thurrrrrr. No.

Glute bridges… I think there’s a back corner that’ll work… mission may get aborted though lol.
