M1) Eggwhites/Oatmeal/Coffee/Fish oil
M2) Protein Shake/Apple
M3) Chicken/Green Veggie/Apple
M4) Protein Shake/ Almonds
M5) Cottage Cheese with splenda, cinnamon, crushed almonds(like 7 crushed almonds)
eeeerday, monday-friday. Friday night I eat custard. lol Saturday I chill a little and Sunday I chill a little.
