hey hey hey!! my quads are here!!! Bought new boots a few days back and took some progress peectures in them. I obvi need to lean out more, but im still like 24 weeks out…lol
Jlo–I focused hardcore on pullups for a while. I made them my first lift and everything. Started with bands and played with different grips. How are you with kipping? I havent done any in a while, buuuuuuut I think next year some folks from a buddies crossfit gym are going to try to go to regionals and im gunna go, too. I need to get those in order.

JLO—I feel ya. I stopped doing kipping pullups a while back and though it was humbling (i literally starting out doing 3 dead hang pullups at a time) it really did change the way my back responded to back training.

Maschy—YOU are gorg. As for goals: I know I need more hamstring development in general. For looks and in sport. I also need more in the way of lats. Kinda like we talked about in Halloweds log, I havent really been doing too much in the way of abs, half because im bored as shit doing ab stuff and half because I figure the illusion of a v-taper would appear more if I just kinda left them alone. It really depends on if I go bikini or figure. At this point, I dont feel like im developed enough for figure AND the amount of running around/conditioning I do at work might really slow down the process. Bikini isnt rocket science, but it also requires a smaller degree of symmetry. Im not really dieting much right now, but I think if I do bikini, my main priority will just be getting leaner as opposed to building anywhere.
