If you didn’t do 100 reps of deads beforehand you would’ve crushed it.

I know I’ve said this before but holy shit at the volume you use.

I like your confidence in me, booboo.

However, that shit wasnt budging.

You’ve got 265 for sure if you’re a little more fresh… and I knooooooooow Sweet D stays fesh 2 def

supa fresh, but not as fresh as my boy greezy

sooooo ummmm… its tomorrow and all and I dont see a pic of said junk in da trunk? What gives?

Seriously your volume is out.of.control! Loves it.

Congrats on the 260 tho! That’s legit.

Out of curiosity, were you following any type of ramping scheme or did you just wing it. That is a lot of warming up - what’s the reasoning? Anways, just wondering bc I think me and like one 80 yr old in Bayridge are the only people who still use a 5x5 rep scheme. Lol! I might need to come into the 21st century sometime in the near future…

Also, ass pump FTW! Good work, girlie. smack!

lol masch, you are not outta your mind. I did waaaaay more reps than I anticipated. I just felt good. Like there was more left in the tank. My mind was right and…i gotta say…this loosening thing I did prior to was INCREDIBLE. So I started out like I usually would. My plan was to see some sets close to my 10 rep max for 10 reps (following my high volume craze) and then do a 4x8 a bit heavier…then somewhere between Missy Elliot coming on my ipod and feeling so good, I reverted back to 5/3/1 mode and decided to max out. I hadnt in a while. It just felt right!

face palm I just realized my most legit relationship is within the squat rack. Fantastic.

Oh yeah, and my ass is HAYOOG.

Greggy—I got all caught up in being an adult for forgot. Now im tucked into my bed like a princess and dont wanna. tomorrow, hell or high water, i will have a present for you.

I diiiiid take this picture while I was shopping. Just a little rated g progress picture.

Also: I stopped taking pictures/weighing myself in the morning. I wanna see the real bloated damage (which isnt bad)

And here I thought that pic was just for me.

You’re back to square 1 here darlin’

fuck!

You sexxxy mother fukkkin beezy.

I heart you hella and i iz here.

i <3 my hallie

Woot woot! You have such the perfect body, Dash. And I love the sneaks! Btw, what kind of sneakers do you use for running/conditioning work? I want to get a new pair for when I get my legs back.

And yeah, I totally understand on your DL sesh. Its like I always say, you have to capitalize on those days when you feel SUPER STRONG! They can be few and far between. Get it in, gurl!

You make me blush. I’m just trying to get like you.

Shoes!!! Okay, so…when I’m lifting I wear vibrams. As far as conditioning goes, I LOVE Nike frees. I’m really into minimal support except when I’m oly lifting(which I haven’t been lately) I have some oly shoes by Rogue that really do make all the difference in the world.
I’m on my second pair of frees. The good thing about minimal support(amongst other things) shoes is that they last FOREVER. there are never any shocks breaking or support collapsing. I just got new ones because my old ones looked grimey.

Ahahahahaha! There are a lot more women out there that need this kind of relationship. And hey, think of it this way:

Fact 1: It will always be there when you need it. No hurt feelings if you walk away for a while.
Fact 2: It will never put you down. It’s always honest.
Fact 3: It helps you build an amazing body, especially when it comes to the ass department.

Nuff said. I personally have a relationship with my kettlebells atm

You are a master of understatement…

You look great.

The comments on the squat rack can go for guys too.

My forced separation from the squat rack is depressing.

Pixie—all valid points! I <3 the squat rack. I have been neglecting my kettles lately…perhaps I will dust them off tomorrow.
