It's Been a Long Time

I’m not totally new to fitness and nutrition but my life became stagnant and guess what here came the weight. I’m not grossly over weight I have a 5’10" tall frame and am around lower 20’s on body fat.

Here is my question. I have read these forums for hours and have really enjoyed the comments and sugestions. I am wondering what is a good stack for beginners starting back into things to get the fat off of the midsection. I have read a lot of stacks on here but some of the supplements are dicontinued. Right now I take HOT-ROX and thats it besides my diet and excercise. I know there is no merical pill out there but I also know there are supplements that help. If anyone has questions about my diet and weight training ask if it makes a difference on the stacks.

Thanks for the help,

Douglas

(Nutrition is the key)

The most critical thing right now is nutrition and eating in a manner consistent with fat loss. Small healthy meals consisting of lean sources of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats, spaced out through the day to keep the metabolism burning.

Then obviously some form of exercise hopefully consisting of a combo of cardio and resistance training through the week.

Combining those two areas with your use of Hot-Rox is what you need to concentrate on now. Down the road depending on specific goals you can think about more elaborate stacks.

Just my 0.02’s

Wanted to thank your for your input. Right now I am working out six days a week. Alternating upper body, cardio, lower body, cardio, and so on with rest on the seventh. My diet does consist of 6 small meals a day with a balance of proteins, carbs, and fats. More on the protein side though. A lot of people been telling me if I truly want to get my body fat down I need to cardio everyday even the days I weight train. Never done it like that before so I don’t know.

Anyway thanks again. The help is great.

Yes, doing mass amounts of cardio will greatly accelerate fat loss. No doubt.

If you mean a “stack of prohoromones/steroids” when you mean stack, I think most guys here will tell you that you shouldnt even be thinking about using them until you’re in much better shape and have been training extremely serious for a long time.

You have the right idea with “nutrition is key” and it is, eat right and keep using HOT-ROX. good luck.

Not a stack like that. Just your regular supplements. Like the HOT-ROX. The other stacks are the last thing on the brain. Do cortosol blockers help or hype.

It IS all about nutrition.

I definitely wouldn’t stack two weight loss/fat burning supplements. It’s usually mentioned on the bottle that it can be dangerous.

Elk is right, just play nice with the nutrition, and things should work themselves out.

I have heard of people getting good results from adding in Methoxy-7, and Alpha Male never hurts. As far as cortosol blockers, complete crap. Get enough sleep, get your vitamin C, and cortisol should be fine.

I do have a bottle of Methoxy-7 but have not started using it. In reference to the Alpha Male it kind of scares me. I have read a lot about T boosting supplements and the horror stories about B%$#@ tits and or gyno has me wondering. I know these supplements have came along way since then.

So its alright to take the HOT-ROX, Methoxy-7, and Alpha Male at the same time, and just take them like it states on the bottle.

Thanks again for the help it’s needed.

If I ever get a digital camera I will post a pick. Maybe that way everyone can see what I am working with.

Yes, you can stack HOT-ROX, Methoxy-7, and Alpha Male, at the same time and I have done that stack at times.

But, again at your stage stick to nutrition, exercise, and HOT-ROX maybe Alpha Male.

Methoxy-7 puts your body in a heightened anabolic state where it will synthesize protein and process nutrients more efficiently. It also has a muscle hardening effect. I would save this for after you have put a good amount of muscle on. It’s gonna work better with higher amounts of protein both on your body and in your diet.

Alpha Male, as well as TRIBEX and RED KAT (Alpha Male is like a hybred of TRIBEX and RED KAT including Vitex Castus Agnes) are products that will maximize your natural production of Testosterone.

The side effects you are talking about are generally associated with Steroids and to a lesser degree prohormones. This differs in that you are introducing synthetic androgens and raising levels of androgens well above what they are normally. Well above!

This is where you can get some conversion of test into estrogen and experience things like gyno. Also with levels elevated to that extreme you may get the hair loss or extreme break outs.

Again when you’re using a natural testosterone booster you are ONLY maximizing your body’s natural production to high levels, so it’s not going to be abnormaly high like with Steroids or to a lesser degree prohormones.

You may experience some oily skin or if you are highly predisposed to hair loss it may mildly hasten that.

On a side note increased testosterone can help with shedding fat and gaining muscle, so I have always considered Alpha Male a synergistic partner to HOT-ROX in a males fat loss program.

Thanks for the information. You guys are the best. Hopefully my progress will be steady but worth it.

Thanks again,

Douglas
