lol i consider those db swings and fsqs to BE cardio. but i’m kinda an anticardioite.
as far as food…u’re asking the girl who worships bacon and craft beer don’t forget. lol
i find that when i’m going low calorie the quality becomes really important… and sticking to mostly fat/protein/veggies w carbs around workouts is the easiest way i’ve found to still get quality without many calories.
ummmm as far as what i eat… i get where i eat the same thing for a few weeks and then switch. pretty much any meal that starts with diced bacon and onions sauteeing in a pan is me on a fatloss kick lol. lots and lots of sauteed veggies (mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, onions, bacon haha) and then just whatever meat i feel like throwing in there. steak, chicken, shrimp, whatever. lots of srirachi on everything.
i also eat a lot of cheese, try to get in fruit most days, stay really on top of the supps, and try to get at least 140 grams of protein.
you can’t be scared of eating lots and lots of fat.
i use low carb tortillas sometimes. take wraps to work for convenience (something like chicken breast, bacon, avocado, feta, spicy ranch, tomato, lettuce). cottage cheese, chorizo and eggs, lots of salmon n tilapia, pwo smoothie (strawberries, blueberries, cottage cheese, water, protein powder, maybe oats), those are some of my usuals.
