normal grip pronated pullup: +10 x 5
wide grip pullup: +10 x 3

neutral grip pullup: bw x 8
db row: 50 x 33R/33L

nutrition’s been superb. definitely dottin the i’s and crossin the t’s right now. it’s such a bitch trying to find time to sleep, pack food, cook, shop, laundry, shower, workout during these 13+ hour work days… but i’m doing my best. and it’s definitely not impossible. =+) and making them really count allows me some time for FUN on my days off.

fuck yes! in an ice cold garage watching the snow flutter outside. the third rep @ 300 was definitely slooooow but i got 'er!! was planning to stop at the 20 rep set @ 200 but threw on some flogging molly and my balls and went for some big boi weights.
now to pack a lunch, watch some of the rose bowl, and head off to work.

from yesterday…
so had an AMAZING couple days off work.
was out shooting pool at the bar at 1am this morning…and the alarm went off at 3am. had to drive two hours back here… pack a nice low carb day of food for work…and back to the grind.
and now i get the treat of catching up on laundry and having a quick funeral for the bengals season.
i’m also about to head upstairs for some military presses and front squats.
gotta pay, to play.
soooooo worth it.
and i’m going to do my best to keep dotting my i’s and crossing my t’s on my work days if i plan to be out of town my entire weekends. it is definitely not easy, but it is without a doubt, doable.
days like today it would be 6000 x’s easier to grab a cold brew out of the fridge…get horizontal…and enjoy the fuck out of the lions/saints game… but instead i’ll sip some xtend and watch between sets. my bikini bod will thank me come spring.
