Well it was supposed to be deadlift day, but my buddies who were gonna let me into the gym bailed on the plan. So Christmas is ruined. Had to make the best of it and go to the 24hr gym to do whatever this shit is.

lol when i was in high school i’d legit pretend i was jay cutler and pretend i was being filmed by some amazing bodybuilding promoter company. i’d just pretend to be him and lift shit increasing the weights of everything i was doing by like 100%.

Oh I’m probably not really stronger off the box I was probably just rocking, which I think makes it easier. Pretty much anything feels easier than squatting to me though lol.
