Well that’s what I was talking about. My flexibility. I can’t keep my lower back set in a good position and still get down to the bar. I have to round over to get low enough, and then I have to basically unwind my spine to lock out. Which obviously sucks since your spinal erectors are really meant to be postural rather than change positions under heavy load.

I am going to try a few different things next week to see if I can get something better worked out.

4 sets w/ 75’s; 10 with one arm, 10 with other arm, 10 with both = one set

Lat Pulldowns:
4 sets of 10

V-Bar Cable Rows:
5 or so sets of 10 with good form
2 or 3 sets with nasty form cuz Chia wanted to do the whole stack

Blast Strap Face Pulls:
3 sets of some
