It Vexes Me. I'm Terribly Vexed

i’ve been wondering where all the good training info was hiding, and now i find it. So you say you can bench more with no shirt on, funny enough, up here in the north where it gets really cold, and I have to train with 4-5 winter jackets on, I always seem to hit PR’s. Firgured you’d been bugging me long enough, I’d return the favour, and you better put a rush on that squat, because I got it in my sights. Latter

It’s deload week, so I decided to bodybuild today.

I started by overdosing on preworkout. Here we go.

DB Bench:
40’s 10x
60’s 10x
75’s 10x
85’s 10x
100’s 15x I filmed this and planned on going for max reps, but a couple of bumbling dopes stood in front of my phone and eventually knocked it over in their efforts to get the fucking 10’s for their lateral raises. So I stopped at 15.
100’s 15x second set. I videoed this one instead. I’m counting 15 I don’t fucking care. Those two guys pissed me off so bad.

DB Incline:
75’s 10x
100’s 10x
100’s 10x

DB Decline:
100’s 12x
100’s 15x

DB Bench: (again)
75’s 10x
75’s 10x
75’s 10x I was doing nice slow reps and turning the dumbbells inwards on the way up.

Machine Incline:
3 sets of 8-12

The gym employees are being sticklers about closing around 8:00 now. They aren’t letting me and Chia close it down like they used to. That’s annoying. Anyway we said fuck it and went to the Rush for another hour of training.

Hammer Strength Flat Bench:
4 sets of 10 w/ 3pps

Hammer Strength Incline Bench:
2 sets of 10 w/ 2pps
2 sets of 10 w/ 1 and a 25

Hammer Strength Decline Bench:
2 sets of 10 w/ 3pps

Cable Flies:
5 or 6 sets of 15
May have been more sets than that even; I didn’t keep very close track. I just did a ton.

I tell you what, all I did was hit chest, and my triceps and shoulders were more fried than they ever get from any of the tricep and shoulder work I normally do. It’s no wonder bber’s tend to have such a strong bench press. I actually feel like I might get stronger from stuff like this than just what I have been doing.

Pretty happy with that considering I almost never use dumbbells.

To be honest? Really shit form deadlifts ahahaha! I have some rounded, cat back deadlift form. I’ve never done much of any direct upper back work. Not a very good method, but that’s the only explanation I’ve got lol.
