I just started a new bottle of Mag-10 a couple of days ago and the fellows at Biotest must have changed something because it no longer tastes like ass (actually I was starting to get used to the taste). It tastes like bubble gum. I think someone said that is what the new Methoxy tastes like a while back. Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for improving the taste already. It still has the burning sensation (I’m guessing that is from the irritative properties of 1-test though). No more bad after taste though. Keep up the good work guys!
Yes, Tim told me the other day that each new shipment of MAG-10 will be improved in flavor. The improvements in taste may not happen all at once, but MAG-10 will taste better over time. I noticed my last bottle tasted much better than my first, although the taste never really bothered me.
On a side note, a buddy of mine ordered his first bottle from Biotestedge.com and said the taste was great. He kept wondering why some people were complaining. Then he ordered another bottle from a certain discount retailer on the net and said the taste was pretty bad. So I’m guessing that to get the better flavoring from the newest batches, it’s best to order from Biotest directly. Shipping and customer service are usually faster and better too, although there are some good retailers out there like Netrition.
I also forgot to mention that the consistancy seems to be a little thinner than the last bottle I had… I usually keep them refridgerated so I don’t know if that makes it thicker, but the current bottle is definately thinner in consistancy (it is refridgerated as well). My most recent batch actually came from Muscle For Less which is a good retailer in my opinion.
Lastly, I heard that the price on raw materials for “1-test” has dropped. Will that be reflected in the price on future batches of Mag-10?
Don’t refrigerate MAG-10 except for storage. On taking it out of the refrigerator, I’d allow at least a day before using, and would shake it a few times during that period.
I don’t know for sure that A1-E would come
out of the emulsion at refrigator temperatures, but it seems possible, as we’re pushing the
limits there pretty hard in the formulation. (It’s no easy trick to get the amount of
A1-E that’s in there, in there. The concentration in MAG-10 is about triple
the oil solubility, as an illustration of
what was achieved!)
MAG-10 pricing was already established on the understanding that the price of androst-1-ene was going to come down shortly. I’m not involved in the pricing process, but given that the drop was already anticipated, I don’t think it would change things.
yea it tastes like bubble gum… I was lucky enough to get the good tasting ones thru the 3 that I got. Anywho I was thinking lately that the white coloring isn’t hardcore enough, how about making mag-10 green? or red? or blue? white is for puddles and little sissy girls. When you drink it you could say: “I’ve drank the devil’s green/blue/red blood… IT RUNS THRU MY VEINS!” (from Max Payne) now that would be HARDCORE! hehe
