Excellent!! You most likely have plenty of fast twitch muscle. They are great for strength and increase in size.

Dude, there’s nothing wrong with your body… You’re 16 and untrained. If you want to shape your body differently, however, that can be accomplished through eating more protein amd lifting weights.

As mentioned above, starting a training log here would give you literal decades of guidance to help you along the way.

not that great i recently started track last spring I always played basketball my whole life so as you see in the pics my thighs are decent sized. Im ok at track not good I finished 3rd in the 200 and 4th in the 100 so I’m okay nothing crazy. Whats fast twitched muscles?

Those are the ones that weight lifting guys love to have. They are for power and they like to get bigger.

Slow twitch are for endurance and they don’t like to get strong or larger (normally)

Disregard all of that type of information. It is completely useless.

Uou need to know 3 things for the next 10 years:

  1. Eat.

  2. Lift

  3. Sleep

If its not those things its meaningless.
