its obvious he’s not going to be a competitive bodybuilder lol
he could still make improvements but the pic defo does NOT belong in here! even i was a bit hesitant putting up my pic here knowing well it would be slated! that ‘physique’ shouldnt be here it belongs in the beginners forum under the section entitled HEELLLPPP ![]()
im only joking btw
OP no offence
You should skip jungle warfare and run a cycle of kitchen warfare+logbook warfare.

Bullshit on being 18% bodyfat. Unless of course you have stirations on your legs and all that body fat you have on top is equaled out by the legs.
i havent heard so much lies in my life than on this site, you cant bench, or deadlift what you say in proper form, if you could you would be bigger simple as that.

Do you feel better about yourself now? What’s the point of digging up this thread just to say that?
Not really. It makes no sense for someone whose genetics have short changed him THIS much to waste time training naturally. Seriously. You see these guys every now and then, busting ass for no reason.
Small wrists+narrow clavicles (likely)+possible high estro = NO progress.
If I were this kid and I were REALLY interested in bodybuilding, I would go get help and run my first cycle right away (with proper support) and THEN bust ass int he gym, assuming I have a proper diet and traning program.
Why waste time and effort getting no result? There are some who can progress naturally AND make great gains.this guy is likely not one of them.

yes thats what i was thinking about…
wat cycle do u think i shud be doing???
wud just test-e 400 mg for 10 weeks be gud with a proper pct???
You fail at life. Give up.
Damn, some of you guys are dicks.
I understand most of the flaming the goes on here… but not what’s going on in this thread. Sure, the OP may be misguided and have possibly questionable genetics when it comes to muscle building… but by a handful of posts I don’t think it’s fair to make some of the assumptions made here. I too have bad genetics for getting big. both of my parents weigh under 140lbs and I have a mild case of a sunken in chest and muscles that are not arranged in an aesthetically pleasing fashion nor seem as pretty as my friends who have made similar progress. Still, 50lbs later I look much better than before and maybe so will this guy as well.
Maybe he goes to the gym, jacks off in the shower, and does a few curls and light bench presses when he goes to the gym. 2 years go by, and here he is. His intensity might suck. Fuck if we know.
Point being, maybe anabolics will help, but I think the most important thing is helping this poor soul get his nutrition and training in line (and get bodyfat levels under control), then it would be easier to determine what to do next.
My 2 cents.
This guy is not ready for AAS. They won’t help. Genetics is a cop out.
lift heavy for 5-10 years…then do that if your so inclined WTF?
i don’t want to post pictures yet but all these RMF pictures are really something else.
i’m stealing the post and posing a Question…
i’ve written this before, in two years i’ve gone from 148-187lbs., but what are good numbers range wise for Bench (barbell and dumbells) flat, inclined, declined respectively. Squat (back) both free and assisted w/ a Smith, deadlift, and shoulder presses. Rattle off some poundages please.
Thank you.
Genetics is THE reality. It can make or break a natural lifter.
I have no idea if he is ready or not for AAS. If he runs a cycle, he will likely screw himself up at his age. Will he benefit from a cycle? chances are that:
-
if he cuts down to single-digit body fat (necessary for the guy, judging from those love handles), and then
-
Gets on a clean bulking diet with a good program UNDER supervision as well as a well-designed cycle, he will most probably make better gains than what he is making currently. Then again, even that may not give him any improved result…but the former is more likely.
Is that better than running around getting limited to no results from a training and exercise program for 5-10 years looking pretty much the same so he can safeguard his precious HPTA? HIS call. I stick by what i wrote in my previous post. Paco Bautista has some of the worst genetics out of the current crop as far as proportion and muscle shape, but at least the SOB has shocking size - would he have gained as much if he had spent 55-10 years training naturally before his first cycle?
I don;t see why bodybuilding has anything to do with being healthy any more. Its about size, conditioning, proportion, detail and THATS IT. if someone is genuinely interested in it, he has to make certain sacrifices. I;m out of this thread.
OP, i’ve sent you a PM, for fuck’s sake read it and get out of this thread as well as this site. Read what Ive told you in the PM. Good luck.
