Goals:
To get stronger and increase my Snatch/C&J + Squat while staying relatively lean. I want to compete in the 69kg or 77kg class.
Current Stats:
29 yr old 5’6 Male 164lbs
BF% is either high teens or low 20s.

This has been my meal plan for past 2 weeks. I wanted to help kick off some fat loss so I decided to cut out the starchy carbs for a bit of time.
BREAKFAST
4 Whole Eggs
1/2 Avocado
1 Banana
1 Whole Cucumber
32oz Water
LUNCH 1
8oz Chicken Breast
2 Cups Mixed greens (Spinach/Lettuce)
1 Bell Pepper
1 Whole Carrot
32oz Water
LUNCH 2
8oz Chicken Thighs (Skinless & Boneless)
2 Cups Mixed greens (Spinach/Lettuce)
1 Bell Pepper
1 Whole Carrot
32oz Water
DINNER
8oz Buffalo or Salmon
2 Cups Mixed Green
1 Whole Tomato
1 Cup Broccoli or other cooked green veggie
32oz Water
Should I push myself with this meal plan until I start stalling on my lifts? And then maybe add in a potato or two each day? Any advice would be appreciated!
