Is This Bad Performance?

The most I want to be is 15% body fat. Any sense of what my current body fat is? Based on the photo in the other thread.

This time I will track everything I’m eating. In the past I just ate whatever and the calories would add up unknowingly to me.

No idea what your fat % is and it isnt that really relevant. You are not too fat to gain muscle, just train hard and eat.
