I can barely keep up with my training log on here, but I keep it all in a notebook.
Does the following sound reasonable for a leg workout?
5/3/1 - squats
Leg press - 10, 10, 5, 8, 8 (heave duty training)
Hack squat - 10, 10, 5, 8, 8 (heavy duty training)
GHR superset with stiff-legged deads: 4x10
Reverse Hyper: 4x10
I was considering throwing in a small amount of hip thrusts in there for added glute work, but I’m wondering if the GHR/stiff-leg deads/reverse hyper is enough.
