The Right to rattle off a derisive one liner.
Or, the right to dis somebody in public.
You’re allowed to do it if it’s funny.

That’s why I said “the obvious reason” but on a more mature world, people should have points when against something and should be able to defend them with well articulated ideas otherwise, you become a public clown… Everyone laughs but it just not clear at who… Or, better yet, after the laughs you can clearly identify who’s on each group…
Last time I checked there’s no “Right to be protected from being offended by something somebody said on the internet.”
But maybe I’m wrong and everyone is just being a big ol’ meanie.
Sorry I’m lost but you mean “Right” in the sense of
noun
plural noun: rights
that which is morally correct, just, or honourable.
“he doesn’t understand the difference between right and wrong”
a moral or legal entitlement to have or do something.
“he had every right to be angry”
Or,
verb
3rd person present: rights
restore to a normal or upright position.
“we righted the capsized dinghy”
restore to a normal or correct state.
“righting the economy demanded major cuts in defence spending”
Is for a friend…
Will appreciate it

How could you not include our right to party?
We had to fight for it!
Don’t blame me… Since I (apparently) lost a trial for the same thing, I got paranoid ![]()
You gotta understand the context here.
O’Tay has been trying unsuccesfully to make a good smart ass comment for like a year straight.
About a month ago he was posting a bunch of sciencey info that agreed with what you were saying.
So for him to Finally make a successful joke, while undermining the smart guy stuff from before, was funny.
Back on track,
How do we use the 6-12-25 to get through plateaus?
Funny? I think it’s sad it took him a year. But I was under the impression he was retarded.
I thought it was pretty funny what he was able to do with three words.
One year, three words. That’s pathetic. I could have come up with a one word response, in a matter of seconds.
We can let people have small victories.
Can’t point out in which of his books I saw it but if I’m not wrong, it was thanks to the pump in the end of the set. Many use them but others just don’t. Again: each one has its unique “internal mechanics” and when you find a plateau, you should try all those “moves” you never do.
When and where?
“What Are the Benefits of the 6-12-25 Protocol?”
Enhanced Hypertrophy the key components of hypertrophy are mechanical tension, muscle damage and metabolic stress, and the 6-12-25 protocol is efficient at hitting all three. You’ll be able to increase volume and therefore make your chance at muscle building far more likely.
Yeah, similar sciency stuff.
This is weird. Im usually the one who drags it into the gutter and beats them with the stench.
What gives guys? Am I losing my touch?
Hi there Otay. Looks like you like to give back free cents but here are my two coins regarding sciency stuff
I’ll try to stay short…
Many of us are sick of muscle science because that word is plain marketing used by those selling an idea or a product to make you trust them… They don’t use the word faith do they…? Ironically, is faith what keeps us trying their tips even getting no results at all… … …
We have to remember that science is not a base of knowlegde but a way of thinking and that some things can’t be science out because just have that many variables that can’t be controlled in the first place that, the minimum required to properly be called science is just not there but, as they still need the idea or the product to sell, they end up telling you whatever they can… Usually what you’d like to hear… They created content. Sounds familiar…?
Is true that the key components of hypertrophy are needed to grow but some people just get results with one or two… Is science broken here…? Same thing with food… From vegan to carnivore, they get results… Again with workout… And rest days… And fun days… And supps and sleep and you name it… Thibarmy alone has 5 different types of people and there are undoubtedly many more so there’s a pletora of things that you have to try out (of course from a start point, where science with its limitations did help) but, you can’t just skip the inherently process of choose/discard/retake/retry/rediscard until you find what works for you…
So, reapeting “you need X, Y, Z” or “why would you try from S to W?” is misleading… We should instead say “we know that things from S to Z are working so try them all and keep what works” … That’s the science approach… Anything out of this frame is just dogmatic and we know where that ends…
I live in Chile and just can´t tell you how many overweighted men (70+ kilos) I see in the gym wearing sweaters with their heads covered (during summer) trying to lose fat through sweat as if they were made out of butter… They still drink gatorade before, during and after workout and have their banana while walking to the car because that’s what you’re supposed to do… Here, science is used against you: “You don’t want to lose any muscle (they say) and you need extra energy to have a great workout and overcome your actual condition” … While carrying no muscles at all and like 400.000-600.000+ calories in fat reserves but “remember you need your potato at lunch so you don’t f*ck your thyroid” is always welcome…
I’m not an expert but I try to stay open… I’m a 49yo man overweight since childhood (because you f*cking always inherit not only your family DNA but also their social knowledge/ignorance, food choices and rutines) who managed to lose 53 kilos in 12 months (just with food) but regained half that amount once got to the gym by listening to generic tips from “science people” … Thanks God I’m getting results now that I know that before sport scientists, there were smart people trying this and that untill they got objective results… Even better: I’m now following those that had an amazing starting point from empirical view with methods and processes that passed the test of time.
Trying to re-write that knowledge pretending to own the real science just ended up on a product that works for a minority while the others still buy and support the “social knowledge” thanks to their faith, in an endless struggle getting no results at all… That’s sad!
People without weight problems and easy gainers will get results from any change. We need the science for the rest but not this thing we’re now calling science.
Sorry for the length of the writing but, who doesn’t like to read on the internet? ![]()
Let’s apply that view of science to the medical field and see the results.
You mean give exogenous insulin to a patiente with high blood sugar after reaching its limits in fat storage due to his DNA or from a broken insuline/glucagon system, instead of restraining useless carbs through food intake…?
Or giving statins to someone with high trygliceride because, again, useless carb intake has blocked the ketone production/utilization…?
I think we have many years seeing those “results” …
damage and stress have been vaulted amigo
