Is Obama THAT Clueless???

Serving acorn cookies? After all the ACORN shit? Are you freakin’ kidding me?

Come on HG…are you serious? It’s a Christmas cookie.

Yes. I most closely associate acorns with Christmas. A far distant second is Christmas trees, wreaths, mistletoe, stars, mangers and Nativity scenes, bows, ribbons, ornaments.

Actually, I could give a rats ass. But do not think for a moment that this was coincidence. The one thing that puzzles me the most about O and his colleagues is their unbridled hubris. It is as though they either believe that the common man is far too stupid to get their little jokes, or that they are far too superior to care.

Although I tend to vote conservative, I am probably a lot more progressive than most would suspect. Even so, this administration continues to amaze me at every level with its total disregard for the wishes or concerns for the majority of the country. It seems to be “I know what is best for you and you will thank me later.”

Sounds like a pretty big FU to some of the haters in Congress.

Wish I’d been there to overhear Obama ask King and some of the others: “how’s that cookie taste, jackass?”

Under some other circumstances, maybe it’s funny. But damn, there’s not a single thing that’s funny about that shitty organization, what it’s doing to this country, and BHO’s ties to it. Seriously; I’d like to know, if after everything we now know, do you think that acorn is an organization with any credibility? Damn…

Yes he is that clueless. One needs only to look at his handling of the economy, foreign policy and legislative action to confirm it.

There is no way they are clueless. They know what they’re doing and are going for it. No way they are clueless. They just seem to know the people no longer have any real power.

Ummm, I’ve never heard of a Christmas cookie shaped like an acorn. Or any other type of cookie for that matter. And after all the controversy, and his links to ACORN? I guess maybe someone thought it was funny? In which case, its just mind-blowingly arrogant.

OK, then we’re back to clueless. It would be like Bill Clinton serving cookies shaped like a cigar or blue dress (with white icing stain). Or Bush serving a cookie shaped as a WMD or something. Its just pretty stupid.

Caveat: I personally have never seen or heard of the acorn Christmas theme, but I do believe you. If this was one cookie shape among many at the event, probably not a big deal. It wasn’t reported as such, but I would just as easily believe that the existence of other cookies was left out.

Yep.

Clueless? I think he’s just an asshole. This partisan divide has never been bigger and he continuously adds fuel to the fire.

Cheney handed out Halliburton cookies a couple years ago.

They were filled with glass.

Ok I’m good with “clueless”.

And ACORN is a shit organization and there is some real Irony in how this went down. But at the end of the day it’s just a cookie and if King was truly insulted by this he should have man-ed up and said something on the spot instead of “taking the cookies home” like a pussy. I’m serious I can’t imagine anyone so thin-skinned as this even spending a day in the average business world let alone being in the big leagues of making laws for our country.

The ‘t’ actually stands for “time to leave”.

That is not an acorn , that is a nipple:)

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire , Jack Frost nipping at your nose

pitt, your insinuation that those were some sort of chocolate chestnut cookie is clearly an insult to easily offended hypocrite douchebags named King, not to mention plenty of hypocrite douchebag posters on PWI.

O is the worst president in history. Does he not understand capitolism? let the free market work!!! If you are irresponsible with your business it should go under. Lets just borrow more money so China owns us. We are not free if we are in debt. The economy is no better and raising taxes is only going to make it work. Every time there has been less taxes, jobs were created and the free market became healthier. WTF does he think taxing us to pay debts will create jobs and make us independent?

Lets drill our own oil, make our own coal, build solar energy plants, windmills ect… And how about a few more oil refineries. But this butthole won’t do any of that. This president rather write a check his ass cant cash. End of RANT!!!
