I have fallen off the weightlifting wagon, and was thinking about getting that fitness made simple as a kickstart. Does any one know if this is a good program? Or should is there another fitness & nutritional plan I should look into?
If that is a program you pay for, skip it. Why pay for anything with over 200 issues of T-mag online full of diet and training programs? If you need motivation, read Chris Shugart’s Guest Atomic Dogs. Start with “Merry Christmas, Bob.”
