I’ve heard from other people (who also saw these two videos, which have now been deleted—but strangely enough, you can still see the cover photo, and perhaps you can see the foot position there) that I should stand a little closer together. Is it true that you should generally always stand closer together (if you can)? If so, why?
At the time, I was following the guidance provided by “Gym University” (https[://]www[.youtube.com/watch?v=kabGlcp2Xew) – where he pulls his legs up to his chest. Either the legs already come up to the chest easily, or they can be brought closer to the chest by rotating the legs outwards. And that would then be the foot width for squats.
And can someone please tell me how the “breaks” between repetitions work? For example, when I do very heavy squats (5 reps with 0 RIR), I take breaks of 10-20 seconds between reps. That’s probably way too much, right?
