Is Anyone Using Just Anaconda?

I’ve had good luck with using Alpha-GPC, Surge Workout Fuel and Surge Recovery (no FINiBARs), mainly because I didn’t want to gain any additional size (I’m already at the top of my powerlifting weight class). Is anyone using just Anaconda or Anaconda plus Alpha-GPC?

I’m using Anaconda and pepto pro while cutting. Still getting stronger every workout. I think it works fine in comparison to the full protocol.

I would imagine if weight gain were a concern, you’d have to limit your other supps/macros… I’ve been able to keep the full protocol so far in my prep, but I’m sure right towards the end, it may just come down to Anaconda and MAG-10 on some days (hopefully with a FINiBAR… or two… I’m so addicted -lol)

Alpha-GPC might help a little, I’ve been using it religiously with out the rest of the ANACONDA Protocol (too expensive) for the past two months. I’ve seen improvement, it’s hard to figure what part comes from prefect rep training and what comes from supplement.

For example, I upped my 3RM for bench from about 195 to about 225-230 for 3 with good speed in those two months.

I’ve been doing the following:

-60 2 Alpha GPC
-30 2 Scoops Workout Fuel
-15 1 Scoop Recovery
During 1 Scoop of Recovery

I was thinking of trying:

-60 2 Alpha GPC
-30 1 Finibar
-15 1 Serving Anaconda
During 1 Servings Anaconda

Any thoughts? I’m damn near at the top of my weight class right now already so I don’t want to gain much, if any weight. My goal is to be able to power through workouts, do more work in each session and recover faster.

Would love to hear some other suggestions on this. As Surge Workout Fuel has been out of stock I’ve been considering trying just the ANACONDA in it’s place. Could one benefit from doing just ANACONDA w/o the MAG-10 and FINiBARs?

i’ve used everything. so far, i really like the ANACONDA the best because it works (break it down and each ingredient is cool for me albeit pricey)

i do as the package says: 1 scoop/20oz H2O first 10-20 minutes (i start this as soon i hit the calf stretch/dynamic warm up stuff) and then finish another dose over the remainder of the workout. i am 46yo and can not always do a full ross training strength session but i can with ANACONDA.

didn’t have FINiBARs and tried it with just a nice fuji apple. i think the FINiBAR (just one) would be cool. maybe i’ll try it.

MAG-10 did not help me with recovery though. day after was hell. and second day was hell x 2 so i was even upping to 3 doses (hella expensive)

i know i over did it and did a hammy shred but was sort of hopeful that i really could do anything i wanted in the gym. but, no! so not sure i will replace the jug and instead just may get back to my raisins and protein shake post workout.

so long story short, ANACONDA is better than Surge IME and due to allowing for less flavoring (i hate sweet shit and get nauseous from that) it’s a “10”

I’m a competitive powerlifter, so strength is the key for me, as is getting through longer workouts (1.5 to 2 hours).

Hell ya, go for it. I only use Ananconda during my workout and MAG-10 for pulsing. My only frustration is fittining Metabolic Drive in the the equation.

I still rely Metabolic Drive even though I’m using the Mag-10. Still before bed, and also as one of my late afternoon feedings (I need to feel something in my stomach, and the Mag-10 doesn’t hold me as long). Also, on higher carb days, I’ll mix some into my oatmeal.

I think you are right, my concern is just that what you’re suggesting is about 700 more calories than what I’m doing right now. I’m worried its going to grow me out of my weight class.

I use Anaconda and Alpha-GPC due to price concerns, and my strength and size gains are consistently increasing. So i would say those two work by themselves, though i cantt compare them to the full protocol as well…i havent taken the full thing obciously.

Increased strength throughout the workout is one of the main benefits ive noticed.

Think about it this way – you’ll get more out of these 700 calories by using this peri-workout protocol than you would consuming them at other times of the day.

Thanks for input. I actually got 2 bottles of Surge Workout Fuel so that should hold me over for a bit. Once that runs low, I will likely look at doing some ANACONDA in its place.

Brian, what would you suggest for someone that wants to MAXIMIZE growth but only has Alpha-GPC,
Surge Workout Fuel, and Surge Recovery.

I’ve been doing
-60 2 Alpha-GPC
-10-15 and during 2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel
Post 2 scoops Surge Recovery.

Would something like what burt128 mentioned work better?

Any ANACONDA is better than no ANACONDA. I’m going to be using it post workout shortly.
