Is an NO2 Supp. Worth it?

I just started up lifting again and was curious as to what peoples general opinions about NO2 is? Does it actually provide noticable results or is it mostly just an overpriced placibo?

use the search key for a clear answer

if everyone used the search function to find out the answers to their questions this place would die of inactivity.

every question someone could think of has already been posted here, so why not make a new thread and get some new discussion going on?

with that said, i have never tried a NO booster, i just pop a couple caffeine pills and that gives me plenty of energy

you are right, but at the same time a month ago there were a flurry of NO threads.

when cressey said that arginine has been shown to inhibit GH, i thought these products just moved from placebo to no go.

I use a preworkout supp called jacked that has NO in it.I get good focus, energy and good pumps but as for a noticable size increase, I dont know.

If your looking for a noticable size increase a better form of NO would probably be a something directed just at NO like NO2, Shit like NO-xplode and super pump are hype.

A lot of people like to poopoo on NO2 supps around here. While they’re far from a vital supplement, I really enjoy the effects of NO Shotgun.

He didn’t mean for EVERY subject, just N.O. There has been lots of N.O. threads recently and a quick search you will see for yourself that MOST people on T-Nation think it is a waste of money.
There are cheaper alternatives.

Superpump just got me wired with a gritty sour berry taste aftertaste. It would also cause me anxiety before I went to go lift and a couple occasions it almost made me shit my pants. So for all I know Superpump for me=mad shit splatters.

These ones here aren’t no2 supps yet if you have money to blow on a lot of supps I’d look into these two. They taste like shit but I swear they’re some of the best supps I used. Loaded with beta alanine, creatines and many others.

Yet in the grand scheme of things I’d take some Spike Shooter with a creatine+ beta alanine supp over any no2 supp.

The only way to find out is to try. There will be naysayers and proponents. I’ve actually heard it’s a great supp for hard cardio when you’re trying to cut (Spud’s Fat Loss Diaries - Troponin nutrition). Caffeine pills might also do the trick.

Plasmajet from Gaspari nutrition is awesome…10 pills each other day…really like it, good pumps that lasts and rise in energy…good ingredients profile…not only aakg…no-shotgun v3 is good…a preworkout…
