I echo Skid’s post. Hope the good news keeps going your way.

550!!! Holy #$%@!, that’s incredible!
Congrats on the job prospect, our prayers are with you and your family brother… I feel good things coming your way my friend!
Eco I couldn’t find the records for NC on the AAPF website. But I’m not worried about that. I’ll just do my best and let the chips fall where they may.
Ever have one of those days were everything feels like it’s in a groove? Every set feels like you could do a dozen reps and not miss a beat. Today was one of those days. I had to hold myself back and not do a dozen reps on every set.
Thanks guys for the suggestions on my left side weakness. I think I’ll just ride it out till after the meet. Then I’ll see if the chiropractor can fix it. The few times I’ve been to him for my back he has always wanted me to back off the weights until he gets it corrected because he says I keep undoing all the work he has done.
Found out with Tate presses were the weak point on my left side is. My left tricep is the problem. I’m having trouble locking out on my bench. I couldn’t get the second rep on 405 because of this. This is a problem that may have to be addressed after the meet with surgery. I have a problem with bone spurs in both elbows mainly the left. I’ll probably see my doctor about it in the near future.
DE SSB Squat 300+average bandx2x3
DE Sumo Deadlift 315x2x6
SL rack pulls 525x5x4
Hammer Low Rows 470x8x4
Shrugs 675x6x4
Felt some pain in my right knee above the knee cap so I moved to deadlifts. The knee has been sore for the past couple of weeks and I was planning to do this in a week or so anyway. I really don’t feel I am close to my maxes on any of my back work yet.
DE Bench 185+minix3x8
Comp Grip 4Board 315x5 325x5 340x3
Seated DB Cleans 50x8x4
Close Grip 225x6
My bench is really falling apart. I took a look at my earlier logs and can see a steady decrease in my maxes. I’m gonna go back to the drawing board and rework my bench training. If it was holding steady I wouldn’t be too concerned but the regression is a different thing. I’m still going to the meet at the end of May no matter what my lifts are. I’ve backed out too many times in the past.
Deadlifts were not a max. The set of rack pulls were done with an over/under grip but they tore up my hands so bad I used straps on the rest of the sets. Bulgarians were a throw in to get in some quad work.
