I will be competing in a competition which consists of the following:
An obstacle course style set up. The course will consist of the following,
note that between each station there will be a 10 yard sprint:
- Pull ups
- Ladder Drill
- Farmers Walk
- Tire Flip
- Sled Pull
- Mini hurdles
- Rope Pull
- Load Kegs
- Sled Push
- 40 yard sprint
~I was wondering what you guys would think would be the best exercises to do would be. I ask b/c I do not have a tire or sled to practice with. The load Kegs is a distance toss event. Pull-ups and rope pull are of no concern to me as I am currently in competition rowing shape and row everyday (thus large back and good cardio base). Thanks for help guys!
Oh and the weight class is open so I need to increase my weight a bit before I compete.
