Mr. Weirdo Owner doesn’t really train, just “tones” a bit. I’ve never seen him in my end of the dungeon so accidently droppin a 45 would be unlikely. Maybe if I did farmer’s walks up to the front desk and pretended to make a phone call?

15lbs 1x8 - increased weight but used my arms.
10lbs 1x12 - dropped the weight and did them with good form.

Considering that I had some blood tests done this morning and fucking fainted this workout turned out pretty awesome. Those vampires needed 6 vials and I had to stop eating 12 hours before. Hence last foods at 10pm - blood samples 10am. My low blood pressure doesn’t deal well in this circumstances. I can’t beleive that I couldn’t keep my shit together around the needles but I can deadlift 230?!? I’m a closet whimp. sheesh.

Set the bar 1 pin lower, you’re using SO much energy getting up on your toes and walking 2.1 miles backwards. also, when the weight gets heavier, getting on your toes like that will be instability asking for injury. (why cant instability ask for cool things, like bourbon and lottery tickets?)
