NATIONALS PREP - Week 8
Thursday:
Due to today being the GF’s birthday I couldn’t get in to anything but the POS gym at school so I couldn’t do much in the way of squats. Made do:
Squat:

Feeling very healthy and rested. Bodyweight is 94.5-95kg every morning now. This means making weight will just require 30 mins of sauna and dropping water the night before. Definitely preferable to anything drastic.
Squat:

375 x3 - Easiest this weight has ever felt by far. In otherwords, coulda done 10+.

Called it there. Feeling really good for friday. Going in tomorrow for a couple doubles at 50-60% for final practise and stretch then rest thursday and destroy friday!
With that, I am almost 100% going to IPF jr world 2012!!! This is what this log was titled for, and it is now just about a reality!!! On that note, let’s start training!

Week 1, Tuesday AM:
Conditioning:
‘grace’ clean and press - 105lb x30 (6:10)
Dips/Pullups - 3 sets each
Sandbag throws for 5 mins… Did like 8 cause the bag was so heavy hahahha
Skipping: 140 - frick skipping is death!
Took about 30min for the whole thing
IPF Junior Worlds 2012 Prep:
Week 1, Tuesday PM:
CGBP with bands - about 70-85lb at the top maybe, not really sure. Also, not sure I like bands. Will try again and decide if they are worth it. Dislike the fact that they alter bar path.
