Thursday:
Due to today being the GF’s birthday I couldn’t get in to anything but the POS gym at school so I couldn’t do much in the way of squats. Made do:

Feeling very healthy and rested. Bodyweight is 94.5-95kg every morning now. This means making weight will just require 30 mins of sauna and dropping water the night before. Definitely preferable to anything drastic.

Walking 15min 2.5MPH 3% incline

Feeling fresh. Can’t wait to compete!

375 x3 - Easiest this weight has ever felt by far. In otherwords, coulda done 10+.

Called it there. Feeling really good for friday. Going in tomorrow for a couple doubles at 50-60% for final practise and stretch then rest thursday and destroy friday!

Congrats! I was helping out in the back room when you were lifting. Nice work. Looks like I’ll be going to Sweden this summer for the classic cup as well.

Congratulations on finishing 1st. Those were some very impressive lifts.

Still tired but a reasonably good session actually. Bench was fast and pulls felt easy other than grip.

Conditioning:
‘grace’ clean and press - 105lb x30 (6:10)
Dips/Pullups - 3 sets each
Sandbag throws for 5 mins… Did like 8 cause the bag was so heavy hahahha
Skipping: 140 - frick skipping is death!
Took about 30min for the whole thing

CGBP with bands - about 70-85lb at the top maybe, not really sure. Also, not sure I like bands. Will try again and decide if they are worth it. Dislike the fact that they alter bar path.
