Inverted Juggernaut Method

So im giving a spin to juggernaut method 2.0 and decided to use the inverted variation with timed rest times… i just finished the 10s wave and went over 10 in my realization week for every lift.
Anyone has experience with it for mass/strength gains?? what u used as assistance and such?? How did it worked when u finished the 3s wave???

Heres an article… he claims 15 pounds of mass in 6 weeks and 100lbs increase for squats and 40lbs to bench… now of course this was on beginners and high school athletes but still impressive and CWS seems like a genuine guy.
