Ok, I donāt drink whole milk nor do i do 20 rep squats. I was using that as an example. My routine is a modified version of DC training. You probably eat more than i do. lol.

Fact - according to you , nobody at your gym is aware of you posting on T-Nation, so you havenāt explained to them why someone would post that pic on FB doing an identity check, and they havenāt asked. Even though you keep saying how funny they find it. Thatās your explanation.

Actually, I condensed it down to the bare facts. You were confusing it by nitpicking over how the guys at the gym found out about it. What I find unbelievable is that you make out that itās a big deal in your gym (you bring the story up every time Iāve seen you defend yourself against accusations of being a troll, so it mustāve caused quite a splash), but youāve never told anybody the name of the site where this happens, and theyāve never been curious enough to ask about it, to see this for themselves?

I think that whole thing is irrelevant. I just posted another pic that was on my facebook acct. I donāt see how people can claim im a troll. If you look at both pics, they are both taken with me sitting in front of my computer, with the same stuff in the background.
