Interview with Rogue Vampire

A pretty good reason as to why i hardly post on this site anymore right here. The BB section is full of ‘Should i train legs’/‘magical split?’ variations and crap like this.

Depending on what was in those 6 shakes thats actually more then possible, my diet has been mostly liquid many times when gaining and i did ok.

Anyways if RV doesnt want to post a pic he should take beans up on his offer thatd be pretty cool.

Im kind starting to give him the benefit of the doubt, I dont know why but i am

This is another pic in my facebook. I’m actually a good deal bigger now than this pic but here is another pic that nobody seemed to find.

First, I do have another pic on my FB acct.
So you said - months ago… You still haven’t posted it and you keep going on about having to get around to snapping a fresh one.
and nobody contacted my gym. They simply posted my pic on their website asking if anyone there knew me. a few of the members have asked me about it. so get your facts straight.
How is posting a question on the gym’s website not contacting the gym when the regulars allegedly know about it? And we only have your word for that because not one single member has turned up here to vouch for you or to mock everyone here for calling you out (strange when you keep reminding us the entire gym is in fits of laughter over this). Keep dangling those carrots, RV.

So much is wrong with this I can’t even begin to comment.

If you don’t see it I am sorry for your daughter.

Well, cause nobody at my gym knows the guy who posted it. and nobody in my gym knows about this site. I never said the entire gym. One of the owners knows, and 2 of the members that train the same time i do, mentioned it to me.

See, this is one of those cases, you have to realize, that I’m joking. I know its hard to tell on the internet. But it was a joke.
roguevampire wrote:

Again, only you can substantiate it
and nobody in my gym knows about this site. I never said the entire gym. Funny. I distinctly remember you saying that they knew about T- Nation… So, “mystery poster” e-mailed your gym to ask if you were a real person, didn’t mention the name of the website they found your pic on or how they came to contact that gym in the first place, you, the owner and two other members have been chuckling for weeks over some anonymous person checking your backstory yet throughout all this T-Nation hasn’t been mentioned once, not even by you in passing…did I miss anything?

This thread is a early christmass present

Going to the store to buy some popcorn now, should I get some for you guys to? I`m buying.

NO, He never emailed my gym. he posted my pic on their site on facebook. if you go to fit results on FB, you will find my pic along with the guy who posted it. I most certainly did not post it. I have mentioned the name of my gym on many occasions. he simply posted my pic and asked if anyone there knows me. thats all.

Not a coincidence.

Wait, you live close to me? What gym do you go to? This has to be validated somehow
detazathoth wrote:

I got to 2 different gyms. one in billerica, MA, called “fit results”

and a gym in Woburn, MA, called todays fitness.

No clue why my facebook doesn’t work. I clicked on it and it works. how do I post that pic here?

you should make a fantasy log RV

Click “go advance” under the box you write in, then the box appears in its own window
and then click on browse for “Attach image”

ok, see if this pic comes up. this is the other pic on my site. Granted, this pic is like 3 years old. and I’m bigger now. but its me.

If you were drinking whole milk all day, protein powder and doing sets of super-squats and you did them hard and heavy, I can imagine someone building real mass and size like that. Still, rogue-vampire, whether you are lean or not if you really are that huge, like your facebook avatar, post a picture, it takes a few clicks of the keyboard.

most of your posts towards me were helpful, they made sense, but when you claim to be this monster of a man (not saying you aren’t) you should post a picture up just to confirm, people will take your advice about high rep squats a lot more seriously.

(shit missed your last post)
that is impressive, man. What do you do besides super-set squats to get that huge? farmers walks? also, what are you squatting for high rep? I’m at about 200 pounds for 20 reps. (not squat rack or power-rack so I go high-rep).

Any advice you have on building mass like that, I’d probably take it seriously. Not gaining much mass on 4000-5000 calories a day, 250-300gs protein. I don’t take many off days for “recovery” and I know that retards my hypertrophy, any advice?
