Intermittent Fasting

Well I had checked out some reviews for this subject, I really do not know what to think about this. I was wondering If I could have a word of advice from someone on this topic. I’m thinking about trying this technique of dieting just for the summer to see where it takes me. Any advice on how to properly do this? My goal would be to put on mass and lean out, even though it’s almost nearly impossible to do without great genetics. Thank God I’m a mesomorph. Now how would I go about doing this and is their anyone out here that has tried this method, if so please share your results?
