I have been working out for two years now and am a nationally ranked tennis player for a major college. I was wondering where to begin when looking for a good cycle to start. I am 210 pounds and 6’4’'. I bench 235 and curl 65 pounds (just so you can get an idea of my overall strength). I appreciate any advice. Thanks.!!
